Gary E Trump - Founder |
Gary E Trump, founder of SOF Holdings, has been a full time investor since 1987. He is well experienced in every step of the property investing process from: negotiating and purchasing single and multi family homes of all price ranges, wholesaling, rehabbing and marketing properties to investors and retail buyers. Mr. Trump also has 27 years of sales and marketing experience. He has helped raise over 100 million in the past few years for special projects, and can work with others who would like to get higher returns for their cash investments. SOF Holdings, LLC is a diversified real estate investing company. SOF and its members are not realtors or brokers so there are no commissions or broker fees. SOF offers income opportunities to investors and realtors through investing in REO properties, short term loans, rehabbing and wholesaling.

Albert Lacle - Chief Executive Officer |
Albert Lacle…a seasoned sales and marketing executive, trained with such industry giants as Intercontinental Hotels, Holiday Inn Corporation and Halloran Hotels, he held positions of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Sands Casino Hotel, Senior Vice President of Marketing with Inter-Hotels Hospitality Services and Executive Director of Marketing for the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
Mr. Lacle studied marketing at Cornell University and holds a degree in Hotel Management. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.

Chris Crawford |
A former Marine Corporal has managed his own irrigation contracting company for the past 3 years. Prior to this endeavor, Chris managed the maintenance of golf courses in the superintendent capacity. He was responsible for the management of up to 30 employees, making and working within a budget, and handling all of the different committees related to the golf course. He has created and worked with million dollar plus budgets. Chris will oversee the management of the properties and the management of the management companies that we hire.

Mark Doran |
After graduating from Purdue’s school of building construction and contracting technology in 1985, Mark joined Turner Construction Company in Washington, DC and began his on-the-job training with CPM scheduling. Mark worked his eight year career at Turner Construction, holding field and field office positions that provided skill sets in CPM scheduling, project management, project supervision and effective communication to various levels of people from the field worker to engineers to owners.
Mark has provided scheduling services on many types of construction including, but not limited to commercial, industrial, civil, health care, heavy highway, and government contract. He has participated in preparing and defending schedule related claims for delays, acceleration, lost productivity, and changed conditions, among others. He has also participated in the successful resolution of disputes saving clients the time and costs associated with litigation. Mark frequently provides CPM Schedule training seminars to various government and public venues.
