PROPERTY REFERRAL
We acquire properties throughout the country. However, we have general acquisition criteria that properties should meet in order to begin a discussion:
Class "A", "B", or "C".
Minimum size: 80 apartment units
Minimum Occupancy: 80%. Will consider lower occupancy if properties are in good locations or have strong value enhancement potential.
We will consider properties with deferred maintenance if they are in emerging markets, or have strong value enhancement potential.
